| As a member of the executive team, Roy is responsible for the capital markets, treasury, tax, accounting, asset management and IT functions and is a member of Pathway’s Investment Committee. He previously served as Senior Vice President—Finance of Prime Group Realty Trust, a publicly-traded REIT, and was also with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he held positions including Partner and Midwest Director of Real Estate. While at Deloitte, he assisted with Mayor Daley’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
Roy is a certified public accountant, a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Real Estate Companies (and was its President from 2002 to 2004), a member of the board of directors of the Real Estate Investment Association, a member of the accounting committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and was a member of the board of directors and an officer of the Illinois CPA Society. He is also a member of the Accounting Standards Executive Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Roy is a graduate of DePaul University. |
